Finally the weathers getting a little bit warmer, i guess i can start running outside again soon. I hope i dont get shinsplints again, grrrr. Yesterday i did a bunch of squats and im kinda sore today but i love the feeling because i know my workout did something and my muscles were worked.
Im gonna start restricting tmmrw, i hate how my parents buy all this junk food as a 'treat' for me. Then when i ask them to buy healthier snack foods they joke about how quickly i gobbled the cupcakes or cookies or w/e up.
Does anyone know if and why poly/mono unsat fats are good for you?
