So, how'd you like to get shot in the ass with this?
This was taken out of a sixty pound retriever mix. It was an old injury. I'm not sure of all the details because it was a referral, so it wasn't a regular client.
These first two x-rays, taken by the referring clinic, show how far into the bone it went.
You can see the three wings it has; they flip up and have razor sharp edges. The doctor had to pry it out of the bone.
Here are the post-op x-rays.
The dog walked out of the clinic the next day with hardly a limp.
