Um, excuse me! Hello! My name is Ai, and, um, I got here a little over a month ago or so. I haven't gotten much of an opportunity to talk with many people, though, so um...I made cookies!

[Plus he's still on prom afterburn so he's really kinda hyper right now.]

I'm still really new here too! We already have something in common!

They're really easy to make as long as you have the supplies for them. It took me a while to get everything I needed, though, so I'm not sure when I'll be able to make them again.

[She looks really excited at that.]

Oh wow, really? How long ago did you get here?

Could you maybe teach me some time if you ever find the ingredients again?

[He returns the excitement.]

A month and a half I think? What about you?

Sure! Once I get some more, we can make them together.

I've only been here for a little over a month, so I think we got here around the same time.

Cool! I've never made cookies before! My mom never really let me in the kitchen. Said I was enough of a terror as it was.

[He laughs.] But that's my mom! Such a kidder.

[He nods.]

Then we for sure have to stick together.

Have you ever almost burnt the kitchen down before? It could be why she doesn't let you in there.

That sounds like a good idea! Would you mind if I asked for your name?

I did burn the popcorn really bad once. It was pretty, uh, black. So pouring my own cereal or making cold sandwiches are about the only things I was allowed to do.

I'm Sora! What's your name?

[She giggles at that.]

One of my sisters has done that a few times. We don't let her around the kitchen either, but hopefully you can learn to cook better than she has.

[Not too long later he's knocking at her door, breathing heavily. Running made the cold not so cold.]

[She quickly opens the door, smiling brightly at him.]

Sora, welcome! Oh...

[Ai blinks when she sees his flushed state.]

Did you run all the way here?

[His bright smile and flushed cheeks are a perfect combination of joy.]

Yup! It's cold out there! Figured I'd stay warm if I ran. Can I come in?

Oh, yes!

[She quickly steps back, holding the door open for him.]

The cookies are on the table. I also poured you a glass of milk, since I know some people prefer it that way. It's not that cold, though, since I don't have a refrigerator.

[And suddenly Sora is picking Ai up and spinning her in a circle before shedding his coat, scarf, hat and gloves. Yes that scrawny looking guy just lifted you like you were a feather. He's had a lot of time to practice.]

Milk too?! This is like paradise!

[And now he's going to sit at the table, pushing out the chair across from him with his foot for Ai to sit too.]

[She squeals as he picks her up, only to start laughing soon afterward.]

[When he puts her down, she giggles and brushes her hair back before picking up his clothes and neatly draping them across the back of the couch. Only then does she go to sit down across from him.]
