Just to clear this up...

I'm tired of people saying that voting for a 3rd party candidate is a waste of a vote.

I didn't vote for Nader, but some people are saying that Nader is stupid because he hasn't put out a bunch of TV ads or spent a lot of money. This is just more proof that our culture is obsessed with money and that if you aren't rich, you aren't taken seriously. It's bullshit.

The only reason a 3rd party candidate isn't going to win (this election), is because we're constantly told that they won't win and that it's a waste of a vote, so barely anyone votes for a 3rd party. I've seen Nader speak and he makes Bush and Kerry look like a joke.

Some people identify with Bush because he's "just an average guy" like you and me and he has his head set in reality, some people think the same about Kerry. The truth is that they're both silver-spooners and neither of them has a clue about reality.

And the "Anyone but Bush" attitude is pretty shitty. I prefer to vote FOR someone instead of voting against someone.

So go ahead, vote for Bush or Kerry, more power to you if you actually like them, but know that you're perpetuating the two-party system and being a part of the sham that is called American politics.
