Hi,

Woa... I wote that review a while back. Since then I've moved to central
america, Panama city to be more exact. There's an un tapped universe of
underground rock in latin america, you wouldn't believe. I'm currently working
with a band called Factor VIII down here, we just played with Dos Minutos about
a year ago when they came through in support of their last record. Factor's been
around for about 9 years now, they've put out several records. The new one is
just about to be released on sony music and universal, we're all very excited!
You can learn more about FVIII @ www.factorviii.net.

About dos minutos records, were can you get them? Well you're not in much luck,
all of their best stuff has gone out of print. The only one you may come by
online is "Postal 97" and well maybe "Valetin Alsina". Both slightly tough to
come by.

If you are truly interested in their stuff, (no shit, why else would you write),
I have all their best records on mp3. "Valentin Alsina", "Volvio la Alegria
Vieja", "Postal", "De Advertencia", as well as one really bad live record they
did called "novedades", and the last record they did before the new one called
"Antorchas". I doubt you will be able to find any of that stuff all that easily.
Dos minutos has had alot of promblems with their labels, and they'v been forced
to re release most of their stuff constantly on different labels. Most of their
best work went out of print.

If you want I can send you these mp3's so you can check them out. If you enjoyed
"Postal", you'll love their earlier stuff. I can send them to you through AIM,
just send me an e-mail an we can work that out.
Factor and Dos Minutos are actually very close, we just finished touring along
side them, we had a blast. I doubt they would mind any type of copyright
violations.

Other bands you may also enjoy;

La Polla Records
Attaque 77
Violadores

and many others... I gotta run.

Take care,
Ok,
John
.....
what a generous guy. theres so much music i have yet to hear.
