Resolutions

Not particularly "resolutions" but things i am currently working on and would like to continue in the coming months...

1. Eat at home more. Cook more. Eat out less. More vegetables.

2. Increase exercise to three times per week. My gym membership is effective and there is no reason I can't do this! Make it fun. Swim. Weights. Maybe even take a class.

3. Improve friendships. Be more social (already doing this). Let go of toxic relationships.

4. Love my job. Increase outreach and programming for youth.

5. Read more. Get back to the library bookstore.

6. Write more. Send out my work. I don't want to be 30 and saying "i should try to publish."

That's it for now. Life is great. I can't believe I'm saying that. But i haven't been this happy in a long time. I know life "ebbs and flows"... but i know i have also worked hard to get where I am.. and that feels great. My girlfriend and I are doing really well, I have hung out with friends almost every day!, my job rocks and looks to only be getting better, etc... things are just amazing. Now I just have to treat my body amazing. Eat healthy, exercise, value myself. Peace.
