Summer breeze, makes me feel fine
I just had the nicest summer night. Met a friend I haven't seen in awhile for the NY Philharmonic concert in Central Park, with a bunch of her friends I had never met, and her new husband(!) We ate food and goofed off 'til the concert began, then we had to be quiet, so we played Uno without speaking. Much hilarity in the form of overacting to symphonic accompaniment ensued. It was teh best.
I was feeling like it was really actually summer. Not something I feel often in this life as a cubicle dweller.
Then I came home to not one but TWO catalogs for fall clothing. Thanks for the buzz kill, corporate America! Into the wastebasket with you, pronto!
