Rest of Time Off
Saturday- fun night out wid da gurls. :)
Went to a friends for getting ready drinks- which is always fun. Met up with another girls, and went out to Northbridge for dinner.
We ended up going to Aida- though that place is really bad now- REALLY bad. The food is horrible and it's now a set menu where you can only get bad horrible food. :( It's a pity coz it used to be pretty mad.
Anyhoos- after that, some people left to go home- but others of us chugged on and foudn ourselves at a couple of pubs. We started on the Tequilla slammers- and then found ourselves at Amps- funny how that seems to happen. :)
A few bands were playing- bit by bats and a few others. The second last band to play were absolutely fantastic- I have to find out who they are and if they have an ep or something. The headlining band sucked balls. To be blunt. They were just a little bland and boring really. All the songs sounded the same, with no variation- even their lyrics were pretty light on (I remember lots of grunting and 'La's'.
Thankfully the band finally stopped assaulting my ears and we got to the hard work of dancing. It was a fantastic night- several guys hit on us- got a few free drinks- had a few more tequilla slammers- (I counted 8 until I lost count- I think there were a few more)- plus the chasers. Oh dear...
Ended up leaving half an hour before stumps- only because my feet were killing (jumping around like a mad woman does that to you)- and because there was a sweet guy who kept asking for my number, and he didn't care when I said I was a married woman, and really wasn't interested.

Sunday- damn were we sick! Funny that- managed to crawl out of bed and watched some stupid playboy mansion crap show on foxtel. damn hefner.
J was a darling when I got home- took me out to the movies- saw 300. Liked it alot- the man boobs and multiple 6-pack was a welcome sight.:) May be light on script- lots of scowling and grunting...*s*...but visually very beautiful.

Monday- I'm sure something happened. Oh yeah- did some study/recovery/cleaning stuff. It was a nice relax day to the hectic and mad few days prior.
