I LIVED!!!
Well, I made it through my first semester of college! Today I took my last two finals and passed them! w00t! And thanks to Grant (I owe you BIG baby!!!) I actually got my paper on Deism done for my American Literature class. We stayed up until 3:30 am, numerous emails were exchanged, tears were shed (ok, so he didnt cry, but I did!) but in the end it was actually an ok paper. THANK YOU BABY!!! YOU'RE THE BESTEST!!! *muah!!*
So, I have decided to take a semester or two off from school and work full time. I get stressed out way too easily and I want to take some time to make sure that radio is what I really want to do with my life. I am going to work full time and sometime between August and October I am going to move to Norman, Oklahoma to be with Grant. I am not dropping out of college, just taking some time off. Once I live in Oklahoma for 6 months I will have established residency and I can attend a community college in Oklahoma City while Grant finishes his time up at OU. I am VERY excited about my plan! I have even bought my first set of dishes and drinking glasses and I am VERY excited that Grant and I are going to be able to be together more often. The majority of my friends went away to school and have had the opportunity to see what life is like not living at home (or anywhere near it!) and I am very excited to have the same opportunity in a few months. Grant and I love eachother very much and we are both extatic beyond words about this new plan.
