Speaking of singing voices...I made the finals in some karaoke contest at one of my fav bars here - the contest is going to be on April 5th, I guess. I could win £200! Woo-hoo! LOL, the best part is I didn't even know it was a contest when I sang, so it was a total shock when they announced at the end that I was in the finals. Good times. :-)

haha, and have I written in here yet about the Crazy formerly known as Dimitrios? I ran into him on St. Patty's Day when I was out with Anna and a couple guys we met and he flipped out on me about being out with a guy. He's totally crazy. He told me that he thought we were together and I couldn't help but laugh at him. Cuz - really, dude - we went out ONCE. And, yeah, we made plans to hang out again (which he cancelled last-minute, btw) when I was planning on telling him, in no uncertain terms, that I wanted nothing more than friendship (and I had already kind of told him that, anyways). He's a whackjob. Haha, I told him that he clearly wanted a relationship and I totally didn't and he goes, "I don't want a relationship - I just want a girlfriend." The fuck? What does he think a relationship is? LOL, marriage? Oh, and he said that it's slutty to want to date casually instead of settling down so I told him to fuck off, cuz that's just retarded - it's not like I'm sleeping around. Though even if I was it would be none of his business, anyway. Then he said that now that he knows where he stands we can be friends, but I told him I didn't want to be his friend if he thought I was a slut, so he could fuck off. Then he tried to backtrack, but whatever. I don't know if he thinks we're friends or not, but I have no interest in ever speaking to him again. Ugh, I really didn't appreciate how good I had it with Paul all that time, lol. Though now I do and we may be better off for it. Oh, speaking of Paul - now he keeps complaining that I only call him for one thing and I never want to spend actual time with him, lol. Guess the shoe's on the other foot now, huh? ;-)
Ewww, OMG, just saw a piece on the news about a new broach for sale in Utah - a "Roach Broach." It's an actual live roach with jewels glued on it, attached to a little leash on something that pins to your clothes. So it just crawls around the front of your shirt. How gross!!!!!!!!!! Ew, ew, ew, ew. I hate roaches.
Anyway, I totally don't want to do my paper that I have to have done by Monday (or, really, by the time Jaclyn and my Mom get here Saturday morning). I'm so over school - especially with the stupid strike business and not getting feedback. I'm really frustrated. Ugh.
Okay, so this is random, but...Now I'm watching a show called "Killer Instinct" - it just started, but the killer totally uses tarantulas to kill his victims. Sooooo creepy. Anyway, weird enough - I'd never heard of the show until I was here, but it's an American show. Is it on over there now? Has anyone ever heard of it?
Gotta go maybe try to start some research for my paper. ;-) Laters.
