Ge-ORGY and Flash floods with a squeeze of golf-ball hail

I went to see one of my favorite singers, as I'm a bit of an 80's fan.
George Michael was bloody awesome, though the whole crowd would have left with the conclusion that the years of crack has gotten to his brain. He kept calling us Sydney...seriously demographically challenged until the crowd started to chant MELBOURNE (YOU IDIOT)
All was forgiven he came back after the intermission with a sorry joke and started with his hit Faith...and the fact he CAN SING!!
I ended up with seats in the back...literally the back...Third tier and back row of Etihad Stadium but that didn't stop his rainbows from hitting me.

Never thought I'd be screaming like a fan girl with people twice my age! Credit for the men that came with their wives to watch a gay man get his groove on. haha. It was priceless for me. Glad I caught him before he gets too old or he OD's.

I got convinced by my cousins to go out to moomba. I predicted rain right down to the minute today. I was like you know it's going to rain in 20 mins. So we left the yarra river and went to get some belgian waffles. Which was a stroke of luck because of KILLER HAIL. All of us and other customers and the waffle place owner came outside to just watching inch sized hail pelting anyone. I hope people who were on the rides got off immediately else they would have been a lot of pain!! We decided to move coz staying in once place was killing time so we checked the underpass for Flinders station from the Belgian waffle house and that place was flooding BAD.

The stench of piss vomit alcohol was welling up from the corridor. Manage to snap a pic of it before running up stairs again. We made the brave choice of running in the stream of water to Bourke street mall. By that time we were grossly soaked and went to buy sandals! All in all, a very interesting day of nothingness that i could have used to do work...sigh procrastination at its best.

Hope everyone was well today.

awesome, life, funny
