HEDI SLIMANE: LONDON TEENAGE PORTFOLIO

Feb 11, 2009 14:08

For the cover page of January 2009 issue of Dazed & Confused magazine, Hedi Slimane shot a selective of his favorite teenagers,
which he cast from the streets of London.

"The whole project was so much fun! The shoot took about four days long just to search for new kids every night and shootings the next day," said Nicola Formichetti. (she's Dazed's creative director who styled those kids)
"Every model here has their own story. There were kids that we had our eyes on in the earliest stages of research, and there were kids that we approached when they were having a coffee on Brick Lane. We found people at gigs, in clubs, everywhere... For the week of the shoot, we just went anywhere we thought we would find amazing characters, and then shot them the next morning."

You can get the copy of January issue to admire these amazing photographs which also includes articles about teenagers all over the country
or if there is no way to get a new one, you may ask and i'll borrow har har!
