My job can be so exhausting ... today I had to cancel and rearrange the whole travel plan for my boss, which I only finished LAST FRIDAY! Maaaaaaan ...
Okay, he fell sick, but whatev. I booked the flight tickets online and to cancel them I had to call some travel-agency in Finnland, which has operating times from 9 to 11 and 12 to 2. After the third try and being parked in the waiting loop for approx. 10 hours, I said to myself: "What the hell?! I don't care about the lousy little refund we get when canceling there, I call the airline now."
So I did that and guess what: I got the MOST. INEFFICIENT. PERSON. EVER. on line. So after spending approx. another 10 hours on phone with her, I finally got the ticket cancelt. Yeah!
By then my day was officially over, but I still had like A TON of other stuff to do, so I stayed late again. Which they aren't so happy about but hey, what shall I do? It's not my fault the finnish travel agency has no work moral and the airline-call-center-bimbo has no brain.
Geez, I swear, one day ...
