i'm back on my ddr/itg weight loss program. i've been off it for a year and a 1/2 now and man are my legs sore! :'( i have 3 weddings to attend this summer (1 in each month) and i wanna be in shape. not only that, i wanna surpass my friend kevin at the otakon ddr competition. monday is the set day for me and jess (my little) to definitely ddr/itg on workout mode. also, my neighbor across the hall wants to start goin to the gym every day. i need some exercises to get rid of my tummy. any suggestions besides sit ups?
