[Cosplay] OhayoCon 2010 Report!!
So, it's been like a week now since OhayoCon, I finally got to sit down and write a full report. ^^ It was quite a fun weekend despise the cold I got and the long car-ride to the con in freezing cold weather. XD

Thursday:
My ride buddies picked me up at my house. They were so nice~ After like 8 hours of driving, we finally arrived at Ohio. I met up with Kata, Angela, and Jade. We went to a nice tea salon and met with many of Jade's friends. Their desserts menu looked delicious! But they were about to close, so we didn't order many things. XD I was cosplaying casual Ichigo and Kata was Rukia, so we did a mini shoot. Thanks Angela for being our photog. <3
We stole Angela's dessert to pose with. XD

After that we went to the pre-reg and went to our room. And ofcourse some bedroom shots had to happen. 8D

So, my roommates were Kata, Angela, Ako(cool bro), and guess who else? Eurobeat King! Nice guy was super nice.(I don't know why there are so many bad rumors about him...)
Friday:
I cosplayed Execution ground Ichigo on Friday with my Rukia. It took me such a long time to dress up and get everything ready. XDD 6 hours! (I improved a bit, it took me 7 hours at Acen..T__T ) I have to thank Kata and Angela for helping me with my bandage wrapping, etc.
LOL Angela was amused and took some progress shot. XD Damn bandages..all 9 rolls of them.
After that, we went to the dealer's room. Kata got me this super cute Rukia keychain! <333
We looked pretty neat that day if I do say so myself~ *3*

Then we went to do a shoot with Amanda(Elemental) which was a blast. I can't wait to see how those shots come out. :D I think I was very nervous and didn't perform as well as I should have...Dx
And then in the evening, it was time to change into some Doitsu!
Before that, Camwhore Ichigo made a come back! 8)

We went to do a shoot with Shiroin. I was so excited to finally meet him. *A* I've been stalking him online for quite sometime now(hahaha totally not creepy), and finally getting to work with him is like asdfghjk. I was very happy. All thanks to Angela who knows Shiroin. <3
It's quite amazing how he could whip something like this up from that shitty location and lighting we had to work with at the con. XD Coz you know OhayoCon is like the worst con for photography. Lighting everywhere was dimmed, and there was barely a good spot for photo..(good for Silent Hill shoot, maybe XD )
After doing this pose, there were some pants getting ripped and we had to go back to the room to fix it up. XDD Wild Italia~! It was worth it though.
Then we went to the Hetalia panel, "Ask a Nation". It seemed quite awesome and we had fun LOL-ing at the question that were asked. XD We went there kinda late so it was almost over...
Ahhh I thought England and Russia sitting next to each other was cute. X3
Sai's SS Prussia was pretty neat! ^^ We had some bro time together. :D
After that we went to do another Germany/Italy shoot with Jade. When we were hanging out in the hallway waiting for someone, a Pyramid head tapped me in the back and asked for a hug. I was like...are you sure? XDD He kinda looked all muddy and bloody and I didn't want to ruin his costume.( and mine) But all was well, and no one got dirty. ;D

Italy felt the need to get my attention by poking on my hand... T__T

We went to another location to do high angle shots. Thanks to Jade who braved it out in her Nina Hopkins' outfit and climbed up those stairs to take pics of us from above. @A@ You are awesome.
And ofcourse, Italy had to salute with the left hand. XD
Hehe I always wanted to do sitting down back-to-back pic. ^^
We did this little reenactment from the anime where Germany gives Italy a kiss on both cheeks. *3* We were so nervous and awkward. LOL
Then we went to the foodcourt and I got me some banana split Ice cream! Imagine Germany carrying that into the elevator to the 8th floor. XD So, I eat that all happy on the bed in our room even though I had a cold and a sore throat. Hahaha I am such a sadist. Well, it was my birthday after all. ^^
Angela got me this necktie which was sooooo perfect for character CD Germany cosplay! Thank you so much~ <333
I didn't really tell too many people about my birthday being on that Friday..so don't feel bad if you didn't know or didn't get me anything. XD I've never really been a big birthday person. It always feels like another day of the year for me. But getting to go to this con and having fun with my cosplay buddies is like the best birthday present ever. :)
Then as we were relaxing and half dressed. We kinda wanted to take some yaoi pics. Since the bed is there, and there were no boys in the room at the moment, so yayy. Let's do itttt.

Saturday:
I cosplayed as shinigami outfit Ichigo with Kata as my Rukia again. More Ichigo YAYYY~ We woke up early and met up with Colleen to do a Bleach shoot together.
I just loved the lighting in the location that we were. So nice for a Bleach shoot!
I looked kinda really cool! @A@ Props to our wonderful photog. <3
And we did some fun shots. Colleen had many great ideas. :D

After that we went to do a shoot with Eurobeat King. Actually we didn't plan on doing it, but EBK said he wanted to shoot for us. ^^
So we went outside for a bit to take the pics. It was quite cold..x__X But people in less clothes(or barely any clothes) went out to do their shoot too, so it should be nothing to us since we got quite alot of our skin covered. Haha
EBK was a joy to work with. And we got some really nice shots outside. *W*

Then we went to the Bleach gathering at 2 pm while Kata changed into her Soi Fong cosplay.
"So many freakin' Ichigos!!" LOL said, the photoshoot director. And then Yachiru said something about killing all of us... XDD
And then I spotted a cute pair of Rukia and Orihime! @A@
I went up to ask to take some pics with them before they leave the shoot(coz sometime good cosplayers don't stay too long at a gathering and you can't find them again that day...) I didn't mean to have another shoot going on during the main gathering at all..x__X Somehow we gathered quite a few spectators and passerby's...

Came time for the masquerade! My favorite part of convention. ^^ We were so lucky to not have to wait in line to get in because we got speial passes all thanks to our awesome friend, Ako! *3*

I got to see Stripper Vash Live as one of the MC and also Jia Jem who I admire so much. <333
Our friend, Jade, was in the walk on craftsmanship competition. I tried to cheer for her even though I barely had any voice.(damn cold) She won an award too, that's so awesome, she totally deserved it. ^^
After the masquerade ended, we just walked around for a bit and looked at people. So many amazing cosplays. :D
Hehehe Best crossover ever, amIright? That's Kata as Kasumi from Dead or Alive and Angela as Young France from Hetalia.
Finally we found Brittany, the awesome Dark Rukia from the movie! (which I need to watch soon...)

And then it was EPIC battle time!
After that I was pretty worn out from carrying the huge zanpakutou all day..x__X So I changed into casual closet Ritsu from K-On. Fuwa Fuwa time~

Then me and Angela met up with Jade to do some shoot for her Nina Hopkins cosplay. :> I was amazed that Jade knew so many people at the con. The whole con is like her one big family. XD I was enjoying the view when Jade was posing for photos with Angela, and I had a nice little chat with one of Jade's friend who was a bit drunk. XDD

We went to the karaoke room for a bit. But I didn't sing because I didn't have my voice. Bawwww ;A; And I even practiced singing "Friends" from Gundam 00 and even planned to dress like a girl while singing at a con for a change. Oh well.. OTL So I just watched other people sing and videotaped stuff like usual. :> After we felt all sleepy, we went back to our room.

Sunday:
I didn't do anything much on Sunday because I didn't feel like cosplaying and my friend wanted to leave earlier than we planned.. I went to have lunch with Angela and Ako, which was nice since we got to talk and finally exchanged our info. :)
Also, I met Jade and her friends. They're all in cosplay, so active for Sunday. XD

I see u thar, Lambo. 8D Damn, made me wish I had brought my Yamamoto cosplay. XD
And then I went home. My friend, Ken and everyone were so nice. Thank you so much guys for the ride. ;A;

So that's it for my report. I hope everyone who was there had fun! I miss you guys already. Even though I was sick with the cold most of the time, I had alot of fun at this con. Right now, I don't think I will be able to go next year...but most people I met at OhayoCon will be at Acen anyway, so I think it's all good. It's just not best for my health to go to a con in winter where I had to travel for 8+ hours..x__X But with all that said, I'm glad I went to this con. See you next time at Acen! Yayyy~
