The Calm Before the Storm...
So, the predeployment period has started, and since I already took my leave, I'm stuck here. The schedule for this stand down sucks. We still have to come in for a normal work week even if we're not on duty, so I'll barely gonna get a chance to be with Jessi before deployment, and that sucks. But on the lighter side, I'm thinking about getting another tattoo before deployment. I have three main ideas in my head right now. My first idea is to add to my metroid tattoo by adding other video game/anime symbols (ex. the symbol on the Deku Shield or the guild seal from fable or the Robotech symbol). My second idea is to start a new half sleeve on my left arm with a bunch of my favorite video game, movie and anime helmets and headgear. That's something that I haven't seen much of, especially a whole piece devoted to it. And lastly, one I've been thinking of for a while, the Eagle Scout badge. The only thing about that one is that I'm having some trouble figuring out the placement for it. But I will defiantly be getting at least one of these ideas started or finished before deployment. I've already started to gather pics for my second idea and I'm probably gonna start pic gathering for the first soon.
