A day's journeying leads to a night's camp
Okay! More detailed entry! Mostly because I can! I have been in high spirits though very tired lately. Of course I have not been sleeping much for some reason or another I seriously cannot figure out. I should really just force myself to sleep way way more. That might work. I have really been letting myself be in a good mood consistently lately. I am my normal happy self. Alex turned out to not have left yet, but he will still be leaving soon. Then Hans...man, I really hope he does not leave. He is basically frustrated by his father being a real jerk to him, and essentially saying he did stuff he did not do. Poor Hans. When and if he leaves, I will clearly find other cool people to hang out with more, including all you awesome wonderful people reading this now.
I have been playing some awesome games lately. Mostly of the beat 'em up genre. The arcade has a multitude of awesome games, especially beat 'em up games. They also have some 3-4 player beat 'em ups and sometimes up to 6 player games. There is a great emulator that works for most arcade games, which makes me playing them possible. The arcade was also great for shoot 'em ups, and hack and slashers. Oh man, such good genres in a coin operated scene. So I am totally going through and trying to find compatible arcade roms with this emulator because apparently it is incredibly picky and playing them and finding how fun it is. For the record, 3 way arcade bomberman and other assorted beat 'em ups make for some real great times with friends. Oh, and in case anyone does not know, the story to most beat 'em ups to me is that either your girlfriend has been kidnapped or killed, and your character goes to rescue or avenge her. Obviously, this is not true. There are many different stories to them, but I like that one the best.
Work is interesting. Next week promises to be long and har...difficult. I have not often, if ever worked more than four hours at a time with these kids, but that is what I have lined up every day next week. Three hours at a time can be somewhat difficult, especially if the kid is not up for the session or hyper...or wants to kill you with a knife...on the first, second, and third day working with them...I have worked 4 hours at a time come to think of it...but that was a special case. If you people want to hear about that story, I can make an entry about that. It was an especially scarring time of my life.
