Complementary and the comments we shared on it. You really need to read that first but it won't take long!

‘What’s that?’
‘It’s a puzzle. The elves make them. They’re really good for keeping you occupied when you’re stuck in bed.’
‘I can think of something far more exciting than a load of bits of wood to keep me occupied in bed. Just one bit of wood, actually, and a couple of healing hands…’
‘Boromir, you’ve got the 'flu and you know very well that you’re not up to any strenuous activity. You need to relax, regain your strength. I’ll be more than happy to wear you out again once you’re better. In the meantime this is the perfect thing to stop you getting bored.’
‘What do elves want with puzzles? Didn’t think they got ill.’
‘They don’t on the whole. But this little human boy did and needed entertaining. Please, have a go at it. For me.’
‘Bloody king, always ordering me around.’
‘No I’m not. Look, here’s a nice big tray to put it on. Prop yourself up, wrap this blanket around you, and I’ll come back later with some tea to see how you’re getting on.’
‘Do I get a kiss?’
‘No you don't. I’ll share most things with you but not your germs. Sorry.’

‘How’s it going?’
‘Look! See? I’ve done the edges! And now I’m sorting out all the pieces by colour and next I’m going to start on the mountain and then work my way down to the dragon. But I’m leaving the sky until last. That’s the worst bit you see because it’s all blue, no features, and some of it could be the lake, so it’s a case of trial and error.’
‘It’s coming along really well! You’re doing brilliantly!’
‘Aragorn, you should have a go at one of these yourself sometime. They’re excellent for relaxing. Take your mind off politicking for a while.’
‘I knew you’d enjoy it once you got started.’
‘Blue bit goes on blue pile… Brown bit goes on brown pile… Green bit…’
‘Don’t let your tea get cold, will you?’
‘Red bit! Dragon!’

‘A present? For me?’
‘For you. A thank you. For putting up with me being grouchy when I was ill, for bringing me tea and tucking me in, and for keeping me amused with that puzzle.’
‘I always loved doing a puzzle when I was poorly. Sometimes I even pretended to be more ill than I really was, just to get my hands on one!’
‘You shock me, oh great king! But you’ll never have to pretend like that ever again. Not now I’ve made you this.’
‘You made it yourself?’
‘Yes, specially for you. Don’t think it'll take too long for you to solve it though…’
