I finally got to start ballet on saturday. Due to the rain, we only got to observe and learn some basic positioning, because we were about 30 minutes late. I love it already. My instructor says that if I stay with it I can be in their winter performance this december or the spring one next april. I'm pretty excited.
I also went to see oklahoma which was amazing. They kept singing the final portion of OKlahoma since it was the seniors last performance. And Jonathan Gilland cried during the final two songs. Rachael and I then spent an hour searching for coke icees only to be disappointed. I'm starting to eat properly for once. I want to be thin so badly it hurts alot.
I need to research spring shows and write my english essay but I'll do it later tonight after I finish cleaning my room and my car.
For the spring show, I would love to do A Midsummer Night's Dream, which I know isn't serious, but I just love it. I'm at least going to offer it as an idea because the set could be minimal. But, I'm up for anything. I just really want to act. I've talked to carol about moving my schedule around so I could act in the show and she's cool with it. It will be another stress filled time but I really want to leave senior year with a bang. I just hope we decide this week and get casting done soon. I know I usually do comedy but I know I can do something more serious if I tried. It's just, comedy is what I've always been cast in, save for once in sixth grade.
I need to stop being so unladylike. I feel like I constantly wear the same thing to school, which is true since I own four pairs of the same khakis, but I have no desire to go spend money on clothes I have no intention of wearing next year. Yes, I'll probably wear khaki's, but I probably will not be wearing any more white collared shirts for a looooong time, since I've worn them since kindergarten. OH  yes.
OK, anyone else up for an end of the year party? but not a graduation themed one? just fun and no thoughts about leaving
