i made a cathedral fit for a god! i made notre dame cathedral at Chartres. i was a leader for the project, so i was the only one working for a long time. but in these last days, everyone in my group pulled through and helped and cooperated, of their own will. it was really nice to see. i have lost a week of memory to this project. it was one of those things where everyone is working really frantically around you and with you and you just want to be done and noone wants to admit how much fun they are having because they hate the project and want to sleep. now i am done, but it just gives me time to be terrified by things i could put off during the project. namely:
writing lesson plans for camp
if i left baltimore.
my mother will probably be taking a job in Rhode Island at the end of the summer. the prospect of a new house, or my last summer at home (baltimore is my home) makes me feel sick like falling and want to cry.
stormy summer
