Malachi's father is one of the most powerful fallen angels in Hell. His mother was a human. He is the "Messiah of the fallen angels." But mostly, he's a teenage boy.
Is he evil? Genetically, to paraphrase Good Omens, he's as likely to become an angel as a demon. His extended family expects him to bring about the End of Days, but he's got a will of his own and may defy them.
He's also a manipulative bastard. (Teenage boy that's been told he's a Messiah from birth. What do you expect?)
I know there are characters who may have the ability to sense that he's more than just an ordinary British teenager. All they'll know is that he's got some supernatural abilities. If you want your character to pick up more than that (or feel that they should, due to their own canon) please contact me and we'll work something out. It's very important that his parentage and ties to Hell remain a secret for now.
If you're familiar with Hex, I'm taking him from about the time of "Noir."
Powers: His canonical abilities are pretty vaguely defined. He's got some TK abilities and can listen in on conversations across a noisy room. He can't listen in on thoughts or control people directly, but he's good at manipulating them. There is a way to remove his powers completely and make him an ordinary human temporarily, which I am willing to do if there's a good plot (or character) reason.
He's under orders to manipulate people, corrupt them and bring out their deepest desires. Mostly I'll just be playing it by ear, but if you have any particular ideas about how he could mess with your character, let me know.
