Three Years
I've been living in Lansing for three years as of January. Aside from my girlfriend, who does drive to see me about once a month, not one single person I consider a friend has came to Lansing to visit me since I moved here. When The Meatmen had Dave and Ian, I'd see them occasionally. Sometimes I'm able to pay Dave cash to fix things for me at MSU and I'll see him for that as well. Other than that, I don't see any of my friends unless I drive to Detroit, which I do as often as I can. I know Lansing sucks. I live here. I know it very, very well. I'd like it better if folks visited me, even if only once a year.
