This I think is my new favorite. I just finished spending 20 minutes explaining (possibly 3 separate times) to this woman that she could not plug an external hard drive into her monitor as a substitute for her broken desktop computer... Then she called back not 5 minutes later and tried to get me to assure her that if she bought a modem as well (As the external hard drive) she would then be ok...
Never have I felt the generation gap so...
