Well.... We labored mightily and brought forth an apartment. Cliffside Park NJ is the locale of the new digs on the top floor of a 2 family in a neighborhood lousy with multi-million dollar homes. We saw it, liked it, and signed the lease and forked over [for the area] a ridiculously small amount of money- no agent fee, only 1st month + 1 month security. Nice sized place, needs a little love. We're gonna like it.
So tomorrow we make our way back to Boston and I start packing to go back Sunday to start work Monday. Can't wait! It will be weird and sad to move away from friends and family, but NJ isn't a million miles away. And we will have a guest room and parking.
