Hello LJ-land. Long time no write. Lack of time and the ability to post little snippets to that "other" site means less love for LJ. And it's a pity, because I do love to write.

So much to tell, and rather than clog up people's pages, I'm going to put this one behind the cut:

it sounds like the important stuff (family) has worked itself out. The rest will follow. It's gone from a frustrating kind of busy with the immigration stuff to a good kind of busy with the helping your family acclimate. Hang in there.

I'm glad that you are adjusting to the chaos of family life, and I think your friends can understand the at-times Sisyphean effort you had to put in to get Lina and Alisa here in the first place.
