Actually, while there are fairies that are associated with flora and sometimes specific flowers, there isn't a species dedicated to tobacco in particular. There are fairies, though, and you might come across a few kinds while here.

I'm not sure it being magical has anything to do with it, really. Given that this is an amalgamation of different worlds, having also brought in species of creatures from countless sources, they could just be here. Some fairies don't need magic, however. Some just require the right sustenance being around.
