ehhh

started working out last week... today will be my 6th day

appetite came back yesterday, and with a fucking vengeance. im eating constantly, since 2 weeks ago ive put on 4 pounds. hopefully it will be more muscle than fat now that im lifting weights again- though i have to be really careful what i eat: ive noticed i eat a fuckton of meat and protein and little to no carbs which are NECESSARY and i need to be drinking a lot more water.

but other than that today was absolutely great- i woke up late, drank a water, then did my monday lifting routine. afterwards i felt fucking fantastic. then michelle called me several times throughout the afternoon in between lulls in her shift to talk to me and that was great!

doctors and therapist confirmed that i need to GTFO of new england, like, now, if i want to live to see the rest of my life. now that the SMD has gone to the point of anorexia, me staying could potentially be life-threatening... so yeah. FUCK.

oh well. my exercise is really helping me and i think it will have me in a good spot by the end of break
