Changed my layout last night. You like?

11/7-11/9 LDI/NFLC
LDI (Leadership Development Institute) and NFLC (National Fall Leadership Conference) was a wonderful experience. I had a great time. Met people from all over the country, Texas, Washington, Oregon, etc. We stayed at the Marriott Hotel. =) Very nice conference rooms, especially. Disneyland was right across too, but we weren't allowed to go! x) Roomed with Mary, Linda (Mary's sister), Jenny, and Melanie. Junkfood everywhere! =D Not to mention I felt sick. Melanie brought her portable one-minute water boiler. Our instant hot chocolate and cupnoodles, yay!! ^_^ Oh yeah, they mentioned about black lights. Oh my gosh, that was a grosss thought! -_- Made me so uncomfortable to sleep cuz everyone in there (except me) brought in extra towels to lay on their bed sheets (and on the pillows). Yeah, that's how paranoid we were. Haha. My blankets were all gone one morning. >.< At least I didn't catch a cold or she'd be dead. (Right Jenny?? lol and nice cocoon =P) Joanna, Joey, Shella, and Sylvia were next door. I didn't know what went on in there…But one day, I saw their mattress flipped over and ended up on the floor or something. Heard they were trying to use their mattresses as rollercoasters?? 0.0 What psychos. The guys room smelled! (Steve's! =X hahaha) Anyway, so much for our room experiences. Curfew was midnight.

Um, the workshops were pretty longg in fact (couple of hours) Dressed formal. We ACTUALLY climbed up the stairs to the 10th floor cuz the line to the elevator was long! Never again will I ever do that with heels. x_x The motivational speakers were good in the closing sessions! I wanna listen to the last speaker again! She was really good! Maybe the best I've heard so far. =P

We found time to head down to the health club and worked out a bit. Yet, couple others went swimming! It was a heated pool and I didn’t bring my swimming suit. =( Thought it would be too cold to. Oh well.

Got an opportunity to meet some of the San Gabriel people also. =) They seemed cool. Went out and ate REAL food, yum. Sick of junkfood for once. There was a dance on our last night called “The Blue Jeans for Babies Dance”. From 8:30 pm to 11:30 pm. It was a dollar donation to support the March of Dimes. Changed into casual clothing, what a relief. =) The DJ wasn't all that great either, and it wasn't as dark compared to Alhambra's. =\ There were some I didn't know how to dance to. 0.o Besides everything else, I still had a good time. =D Sucked that it went by extremely fast. Came back before noon on Sunday and had lots of boring homework to do. Bleh, I didn't want school to come. =(

Monday -
Boring day. Wanted the day to end as soon as possible. I was falling asleep in most of my classes! So glad I had subs in a lot of them though. I was just extremely tired for some reason. Made up my math test and took the history test. Came home, relaxed, watched some tv, and slept on the sofa. The 3 hour nap felt good. =D

I've been lazy to update LJ now. Most of my days are pointless to talk about.
