sonic mania: project plus announced! new dlc coming to mania this summer...in package form!!
Hi! been awhile hasn't? yeah, not much has come out news wise since Forces. theirs new comic news from the IDW front but I'm holding off on that until April when I can do a roundup of all the info that's come out since december (it comes out in random spurts from all over the 'net it's no use to to make a 100 little mini posts).

Mania Plus is the definitive edition of Mania in physical form, coming to all consoles this summer. announced at SXSW 2018 it was originally heard as a rumor as "project Plus" back in late december when a SteamDB entry was found.
Mighty and Ray join as playable characters (Yes!!), new Encore mode, 4P Competition mode, Holographic packaging, 32-page art book, and more (hopefully new levels). this is such an old school way of doing DLC but fuck it I'm double dipping, anything for the Mania gods.
This is all for $30.00 btw, which is a perfect wallet price.
Did I menction fucking Mighty and Ray are back!! because look at this HQ goodness in 2018:
