Here's the Weekend Ten, 9 out of 10 questions brought to you by
hillarygayle 1. Why did you chose to begin a Livejournal?
Back in 2004 (wow, 3 years ago already?), I got involved in a situation that resulted in people wanting to know how I was doing. So to make sure everyone knew I was cool, I set up an LJ, and here I am!.
2. What kind of computer do you use?
I just got this eMachines dealie after my old computer had a heart attack, or whatever it is that computers have. I'm probably gonna have to suck it up and get a Mac for music purposes though.
3. What's your favorite candy?
Skittles. Good GOD, I'm addicted to those things.
4. Describe your favorite clothes. Don't forget the shoes!
While I wish I could give this question a more interesting answer, unfortunately I'm limited to wearing the same slacks/shoes combo to work, with some kind of polo shirt. Why I can't wear whatever I want at work is anybody's guess. I'm on the PHONE!
5. What's your favorite hot beverage?
I don't drink as many hot beverages as I should, but when you're running on empty, coffee becomes your best friend really fast.
6. What is your least favorite household chore?
PICK ONE.
7. What's your favorite sport to participate in?
Running to my desk so that I'm not late.
8. What is your favorite month of the year, and why?
Either September or October. My birthday's in September, and late September and October is when everything starts to get all autumn-y.
9. Describe your first date with your significant other.
What significant other? I guess I could mention one 'date' that sticks out in my mind. She brought me a bag of Skittles and WWE Anthology, and I was in LOVE.
10. Do you make a grocery list when you go shopping? a menu? Plan meals? explain. Where do you shop for groceries?
I never did until yesterday, actually. I'm usually all "I don't need a list, I'll remember everything," then when I get home, I'm like "Shit, I forgot the [insert item(s) here]!" So from now on, I think I'm gonna make a list. I usually do my grocery shopping at Publix, since there's like 5 of them within a 2-mile radius of my house and I don't have much of a choice.
