NY Dolls are Go: Funtime!
What else to say but tonight's New York Dolls show at the Regency (formerly The Avalon Ballroom) was great fun. This new incarnation NY Dolls isn't a throwaway. Real solid, probably technically better than the original but just loose enough to work fine without coming across as a Dolls cover band. Here are some shots from my iPhone that came out half decent but do check out the performances on Jools Holland and you'll see/hear what I mean. Meanwhile, back in the jungle...
