I think I enjoy this fanmix more than any other I've ever made. Ooh, scary.
Moving on.
No I haven't taken leave of my senses. Yes, this entire mix is instrumental.
I set myself a challenge to select songs for their feel rather than their lyrics. I think it turned out rather well, actually.

Here via lifeonmartha and can I just "Oooh!" 'cos this looks gorgeous. I'm a big fan of classical music so an instrumental fanmix excites me mightily. Snagging thanks !

Thanks! I'm a big fan of classical music too, I got it from sepnding most of my childhood with my grandfather who disapproved of 'That rock and roll nonsense'.

I'm another one who likes classical type music, and this does seem quite lovely.

So, downloading all (except Martha's Theme, Vivaldi and the Eels, since I already have them).

I didn't expect this to be half so popular, though a lot of the music is a lot more modern than it seems. I'm impressed so many people like classical music as much as I do.

I did ballet for 11 years. You can't get through that if you don't have some form of liking for classical music.

Good to find something that doesn't rely on stretching the interpretations of lyrics to fit the situation :o) I find instrumental-only to be much more evocative. I've never made a fanmix and don't really plan to, but I do find myself going "ooh, this bit of this song really reminds me of [something]" a lot, whether fandom-related or not :o) But then I often get thrown off by other lines in the song that don't fit - and now I'm making myself confused. Basically, instrumental good. It's very cold in here and I can't really think straight :o)
I'll get hold of these once I get home.
