9:31am i park my car in a 1-hour parking zone.
10:44am i get a $15 parking ticket as I'm running out to move my car on my break.
i was the only car parked on that block, and i'm seriously wondering if their checker was just circling the block counting the minutes before they got to give me a ticket.

My 70-year-old dad was riding his bike late at night in Whitefish Bay and ran a red light... with no cars coming in any direction... on his bike.. and got pulled over and ticketed by the WFB police.
He went to court and the judge threw it out.
