Week 32 Submission Post

Whew, hopefully I have the right week. ^^;

I'm back to moderate things around here, and Panku is going to help! :) Each week we're going to alternate who posts the theme and voting and whatnot. This is my week! I also revamped the user information and stuff. Editted a few of the rules, though I don't think I actually changed anything. Just a heads up, in case I did. ^_^

We have a new way of doing things. There will be a theme and a picture posted, and you may submit two icons, one for each challenge. Hopefully this idea works into getting new people to submit! Remember, tell your friends! :D
