It is cold and dreary and raining A LOT. Its going to be like this for like the next 6 months yeh??? yay scotland, haha!
I went to the shops to cheer myself up. Don’t worry I didn’t buy anything. But I WANTED to. You don’t understand I have been slumming it in the UK for the past 7 months in practical yet decidedly unattractive cotton underwear and old t-shirts and my trashed jacket, apart from a couple essentials like my comfy jeans and beatles t-shirt which I couldn’t bear to leave behind. But the plan was to hopefully get rid of most of the stuff when I leave. And I am a casual dresser, but still, sometimes itd be nice, ok. Like ooh I saw this black lacy dress which you could goth up for Halloween. But I only wear a dress like once a year so highly impractical and then I would have had to get shoes and id want boots and probably high boots and that’s just wrong to buy and carry all that stuff isn’t it.
And then in the charity shops they have much better stuff here then home and there was this m&s coat, which could be my ‘nice’ coat as opposed to my casual yet cool mexx one. I don’t think itd actually be very warm, but it looks good and its long and I saw jeans I could wear with it which are a bit tight at top (cant help the butt) but with the jacket that would be covered. and this cute furry hat that would work for winter. And then debenhams had underwear combos and id like to get a cute matching set and….ahhhhh. ok I’ll stop now. That felt good though.
