yesterday was a pretty awesome day i have to say.
Matt, James, Biddy, Nitzypoo, Rob and I went to the CD101 bday concert at the LC. We didn't really know any of the bands really well, but just getting to hang out with friends in the warm summer rain with music surrounding us made for a great day. Nitz, Biddy and I joined a ridiculous 10 person mosh pit during The Forecast's set. During World Party's set, which was nothing like what we thought they would sound like, we rolled around in the lawn area making ourselves more wet and dirty. Some how in the mix of all things, I agreed to take my shirt off if Nitz did... which of course he did.. so I remained shirtless for alteast 3 bands. Thank god I was wearing my bikini top, unfortunately it was my really small top.. but fuck it.
James, I'm glad this was the way we got to spend your last days in Columbus. I will really miss you man. Good luck to you and Betsy in LA. Make room, Nitzypoo and I are definately coming to visit.
After the concert we all went to Hounddogs and then to Emmy's and Allison's for their apartment warming party. Thank for the cake surprise, you ladies are really sweet.
