my computor is fast again

i guess i had worms
248 of them

in my system

my computor repair guy fixed them for me
who knew/

now my box for my url address to go to .....at the top of explorer
is missing

now this happened before
how did i set it back up?

looked in the toolbar
address bar is clicked
but where is it?

why do i feel fairly ok at home
and the minute i go to work
i feel horrible
i have no strength for anything beyond mild typing and tv watching
this health loss is horrible
going to read up some more on walking pneumonia

i know i should just sleep
but its hard
and i am an insomniac
