last night i went for round two of bikram yoga. i'm happy to report that i didn't feel the extreme lightheaded-ness and fainting-ness that i felt on monday. even though i wasn't able to do a few of the beginning poses, i'm a lot more confident that i'll keep up this yoga thing for a long time. it makes me feel a million times better when i leave that place. i might just get up and go tomorrow morning at 7:30, seeing as i have one more free class to use up before i have to start paying for them again.
i also need to stop sleeping over alvaro's till 2:30 in the morning, dragging my ass out of bed & driving home so i can sleep for another 3 hours before going to work the next morning.. i need to start getting up early and going to the gym in the morning before work. i think that once i get into a routine it'll be a lot easier for me to get up at an unGodly hour in the morning..
oh and today is day one of period-ville! haha just wanted to let everyone know. :) hooray for that. i love being crampy and bloated. :P blech.
