So I have decided that I like drinking wine. A lot. Like, I want to be one of those people that have wine every night. I just feel so much more sophisticated, so much more like a grown-up when I drink wine.  And I feel more creative, more like an artist.  I feel like I could write so much more. But then, that's one of those silly cliched stereotypes, isn't it? The creative writer who only has inspiration when drunk or high.  Yeah, in some cases it's true.  But I just like wine.

So I've seen three movies in the past two days, one was eh (Our Family Wedding) and the other two I really liked. The first was The Secret of Moonacre. It's a super cute children's movie, kind of a mix between Chronicles of Narnia and Pan's Labyrinth. It was really good. Yeah, lots of things were predictable ("We need to find the way!" *Puts hand on a statue and a secret door opens up*).  But it was sweet and, as similar as it was to other stories, it had its own originality to it. And I just want to say, I want want WANT the room that the girl has, it's super cute. The walls are all painted to look like an outside landscape, with mountains and trees and stuff, and the ceiling is painted like the night sky.

The other movie was Letters to Juliet. Again, another cute movie. Gosh, it makes me want to go to Italy a lot. And run around looking for lost loves and reuniting them. I also think the actress is pretty in a simple sort of way. And the guy, well okay the two main guys, love them. One is the main actor from The Science of Sleep and, let me tell you, he's just as quirky in this movie as he was in that one.

On a slightly different note, my mom completely supports me going to Ireland for my masters, she said that now is the time to do it, while I'm young. She even mentioned me actually being an independent and filing my own tax returns so that I could actually have a chance to get grants and stuff to help me pay for it. And that's ... well honestly, for my mom, that's a big step for her because I know she'd like me to stay her little girl forever.  And I was looking at the stuff on University of Ulster's website, and I THINK that I may be eligible to go there. Out of everything in life, that is what I want to do the most, to go to Ireland, to live, to explore.  Because I'll be there for an entire year, too, I'll get to probably travel throughout the UK and Europe. I mean, hey, I need to look at other museums to write my dissertation too, right?
