So Vegas was a lot of fun. I really enjoyed myself. Lots of walking, sightseeing, Zumanity-ing, gambling, drinking ...
I don't know if I am going to say too much about Vegas. I've posted the pictures on facebook. It was, overall, fun.
However, there are a few things I would have done differently. Such as: More expensive food. I would have LOVED to have gone to one of those $65 places because you know, just know that the food will be amazing. That and more lounges. That would have made it so much better. I had .... at least two meals I wish I would not have paid for because they weren't good and were not worth the minimal amount that I paid. To have been able to eat food I enjoyed, even at a higher price, would have been worth it. I mean, heck, we were in VEGAS!
I also would have seen more Cirque du Soleil shows. I almost didn't see the one I did because "it's too expensive" and we "already saw the Murder Mystery dinner". I'm sorry, but while that was good, I don't think I would have paid the $63 for it on my own. I just don't enjoy interactive shows as much. But seeing Cirque? They're AMAZING. And the one I saw wasn't even they're best, because it wasn't one of their traditional shows. To see Mystere, or O, or Ka ... I would have just really enjoyed getting to see more of their shows because I don't know if I will have the chance to again. So I'm glad that I at least made the decision to see Zumanity, because I can now say that I saw them live and loved every minute of it.
Note:
I've gained seven pounds since the summer started, and I'm thinking it happened specifically between Mexico and now.
This sucks.
That's why I have to start working out a lot. Even before this seven pounds I was already wanting to lose seven. So now that's ... fourteen. It seems harder now to lose that than the seven. Ah well ... I guess it's good I have so much time off. Lots of running and ab stuff. As before, I'm motived. But maybe I'll actually stick to it this time.
