Chocolate Cake for One

Ingredients
2 tablespoons flour
3 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
1 large egg
2 tablespoons milk
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 tablespoons chocolate chips
Small splash of vanilla extract

Add dry ingredients to a large coffee mug and mix well.
Add the egg and mix thoroughly
Pour in milk and oil mix well
Add the chocolate chips and vanilla extract and mix again
Put the mug in the microwave and cook on high for 2 minutes.
Cake may rise over the top of the mug but don’t be alarmed
Allow to cool and tip out onto a plate

May take more than 2 minutes depends on your microwave.

Note: A larger (wider) mug seems to work best.
