Clothing/Appearance:
I pretty much cover her fashion sense here. To summarize: lots of pretty skirts and sleeveless tops. Loves sunglasses, long boots, and wide hats when the weather calls for it. Eugénie wears earrings and necklaces, but will rarely wear things on her wrists and arms, because she prefers to leave her hands free. Is always bursting with color. She does wear makeup, but doesn't wear too much. Usually just some blush and lipstick, and sometimes not even that.
She is kind of short -- I ballpark her at about 5'4", and she is pretty slender. She's not anorexic thin, but she's built rather petite. Most of her height is in her legs. Her hair does occasionally sparkle under proper lighting; it's a side-effect from being a Gankutsuou character. She doesn't find it strange. |D
Habits/Mannerisms/Body Language:
Eugénie's fairly open with her body language when talking to people. Like Raphael, she'll use her hands to communicate. (They're both tactile people) The only major difference is when she's upset, she'll cross her arms but leave her hands visible, like she's bracing herself, and will dig her nails into her arms. As a result, if she's spend a great deal of time being irritated, she'll have marks near her elbows. Around her friends and people she cares about deeply, Eugénie will often kiss them on the cheek. For her and her background, that is a pretty fail-safe sign of affection. If she's comforting someone, she'll go to hugs and touching in innocent places, like rubbing someone's back or squeezing their hand. She'll never kiss someone on the mouth unless your name is Albert Herrera (and even then will usually tell him to kiss her) or if she's underneath the mistletoe. If mistletoe happens, she'll probably be blushing and tsun-ing and if you're taller than her will grab you and pull you down to her height because she gets very >:X when she's being topped.
When she laughs, she'll cover her mouth. When she's really angry at someone, she might slap them in the face. (And it will hurt if it connects) She never punches or kicks -- it's always slapping, and it doesn't happen that often anyway. She never ever swears, either. These habits are leftover from being raised as an aristocrat, as a Proper Lady. Eugénie doesn't do them consciously as she's stopped really caring whether or not people see her as "proper", but they're ingrained into her mannerisms. When it comes to manual labor, Eugénie's very weak, but she's been trying to build up at least some muscle strength since she left Paris. She's been used to people doing all the hard work for her for most of her life, and it's only been in the past couple of years that she's started to branch out and learn how to do things herself. When she's deep into concentration, she'll talk aloud to herself, but most of the time it's in French.
Sometimes, when she's sitting idle or thinking, her fingers will start tapping like she's playing piano. She'll play an entire concerto in her head before someone notices.

The Love Hotel, room 9. She shares it with Peppo.
Typical Daily Routine:
Eugénie gets up around 6 am every day, sometimes earlier. Showers every morning, and (hilariously, like Raphael) will spend a great deal of time styling her hair. It's only shoulder length, but she likes trying different things with it. She feeds the kittens, and wakes Peppo up briefly to let her know when she's leaving. She eats breakfast at the Mess Hall, and then heads straight to NG Studios. She makes sure to speak with everyone there at least once, if only for a courtesy hello. If there are non-employee people there, she'll teach classes, or if it's scarce, she'll practice piano. Yes, every single day. Eugénie is dead set on not becoming rusty as long as there is music she hasn't learned and techniques she hasn't mastered. That will take up a lot of her time, but she does take breaks for tea when she needs to. Though she has been known to play right through lunchtime and dinner before. I'm pretty sure Fujisaki has had to come in and remind her when dinner is a few times. :|b
On her days off, she'll spend time in places where lots of people gather. Sometimes she'll speak to people, sometimes she'll just sit in the corner and watch people go by. Every now and then, she'll go to the café.

NG Studios, the Mess Hall, and the Café.
Do they make their own bed?
Of course! Unless the cats are sleeping on it. Then she'll go take a shower and if they're not off it by the time she's back, she'll begrudgingly shoo them off so she can brush off the cat hair. (As a side note, she uses the clothing roller Johji gave her every single day, sob)
