Charity work...
So, my company is putting together a team for for the Susan G. Komen Houston Race for the Cure. For those who don't know, this is a breast cancer research charity.
I (and probably most of my co-workers) will be participating in the 5K "non-competitive walk" on October 4th.
So... I need sponsors.
They have made it rather easy to donate on-line and have it credited to me. If you're interested, you can go here to my donations page. The team's goal is $1500, so I set mine for $150. Of course, more that that is always welcome. :)
The company is even letting us print up team t-shirts. Whoo hoo!
