I have a headache.
Today has been hellish.
I’ve not been sleeping well at all, and the lack of sleep is getting to me.
Not to mention that my body aches in weird places. My hips. My left ankle, my neck and shoulders.
Away, last night was no different. I couldn’t sleep.
Well, it WAS different, because when I did manage to doze off I got woke up.
Robert was in and out of the bedroom with the dogs off and on all night after about 2am.
What happened at 2am?
Somebody stole our car. Right out of our driveway.
That makes 2 of his dads cars and one of ours stolen within a 6 month period.
Well, the comings and goings on the night after that made it even harder for me to doze off.
I think I finally fell asleep around 7.
Robert didn’t wake me up. I woke up between 9:30 and 10.
Well, Robert had decided to “clean” my dresser yesterday, which means he threw everything away. One of the things he threw away was my schedule. So I didn’t know when I was supposed to be in today.
I thought it was either 12 or 1 because that’s what I remembered it being. Just to be safe I called to see.
It turns out I was supposed to be there at 9.
I was over an hour late getting to work today.
And when I went to clock in BOTH of my managers were sitting there beside the time clock!!!!
They weren’t waiting for me though, they were just changing the punch cards.
Work was busy and tedious. WHY can’t any WOMAN come there without buying over 100 items. I literally ran up over 200 fake flowers for one woman today.
Women buying things by the hundreds and once in a while a man would come through, and the men never had more than 5 things at the most.
And almost everyone spent over $40. Many, many, many people spent $50 or more, and about 1 our of every 5 people spent over $100.
I want to know where they get all this extra money to spend, because I’d love to spend a couple hundred dollars in there, but I’ll never be able to afford to.
-sigh-
Anyway, I got off at 4. I got OUT of the store about 4:20, but my ride was not there.
I didnt’ get home until over an hour after I got off work.
Thankfully, up until the point I’m writing this, nothing has happened at home tonight, other than that there was a male yellow lab without a collar in my front yard that drove Boomer nuts for a while.
I went out to see if he had a collar on. He didn’t, and he wouldn’t let me get close to him at all.
And cooking supper was a chore because of how my ankle hurt, but I got it done. And I’m going to have to stand on the damn thing all day tomorrow. -sigh-
