dad and pedro

this was probably the BEST year for Christmas tree shopping.
here's why:

we were at the lot waiting for a mexican worker named pedro to bring us our tree.
pedro brings a trailer full of burlap to go and get our tree.
dad is a bit confused when he sees the burlap.

dad: "is that my tree in the trailer?"

pedro: "uhhh... there is no tree in the trailer"

dad: "so... you're saying that's not my tree in the trailer?"

pedro: "no. there IS no tree in the trailer"

dad: "who's tree is that in the trailer?"

pedro: "sir, there IS no tree in the trailer!"

paul: "dad, thats a sack of burlap..."

dad: "oh... well when you do get our tree, put it in THAT trailer" (referring to our trailer)
