[It's not necessarily the crows transmitting this... with his Powers at higher strength, Cerceus is more than capable of making himself heard through all of Sheol, though the echo of it through the crow gives it an odd sort of stereo effect. His song is wordless and powerful, haunting on the wind, an expression of crushing grief strong enough to bring even a stern heart to tears. The voice of a merman has the power to hypnotize and captivate, and right now he's more powerful than he's been since arriving in Sheol. He pours every ounce of his ability, every gasp and sob from the last eight days (and there have been too many to count), into that lingering melody. If his heart is breaking, every heart in Sheol is going to break with him. Impossibly beautiful, his lament vibrates in the air and down into the bones.
He sings for twenty minutes. It feels like an eternity. The silence in the aftermath holds an almost palpable sigh of relief as the power releases the residents, no longer imposing Cerceus' agony on their hearts.]
