i think i like babysitting
i know, its crazy. especially when boys flick bubbles all over your favorite blue shirt, and one of the little girls tells a guy in my youth group, jarrod, i like him, and another little girl goes to the bathroom in her pants, and all the boys take off their shirts to play football, and the kids get into a grass fight (which you get in the middle of). but for some reason, i like it. no matter how big of a mess you have to clean up afterwards, no matter how many kids i have to hear cry, i still think i like it. i think ill do it next week. anyone need a babysitter for next week?
ooo. another thing that happened yesterday, kurt cooke finally realized he could drink after me. he has this thing that he'll only drink after the 5 people that were spitting ice cubes in each others mouth at band camp. but yesterday, i asked him to get me a pop. he got me red cream soda (gross) so i drank a bit, but then i made him drink the rest. without thinking, he drank after me. when i pointed it out, he was really sad. then he went, got an ice cube and spit it 5 feet from his mouth to my mouth. it took me a few tries to get it. we went through about 5 ice cubes before i finally caught one. but at least he can drink after me now.
you know, it may not look like it, but catching ice cubes outta the air in your mouth is hard. kinda like tieing a cherry stem w/ your tongue (which i can also do). man, what acomplishments. im good.
welpz, im off to the battle of the bands w/ youth. cant wait! its gonna be sweet!
