Omi stayed in the back until Uta was done singing. He didn't want to interrupt her, and Aya had gotten there first. Besides, he wasn't sure he could face Uta or Umi after Ken's return. Ken... hadn't been quiet about hating him, and he couldn't even explain why. Not entirely.

[After her conversation with Aya, she got up to check on the food and drinks. On her way to the kitchen though, she spots the young blond... was he hiding?]

[She quietly approaches him, she could tell there was something... not quite right.]

...Omi? What's the matter?

[Not hiding! Well... hiding only a little? He rummaged up a smile for the girl.]

Oh, hi, Uta! Nothing... I just didn't want to interrupt.

[Omi grinned, teasingly.]

"Yeah. I'm fine... Ken's back, did you see?"

[It was obvious she might have missed that post. Probably stuck in the hospital where cellphones were not allowed?]

That's wonderful, Omi~ I'm so happy for you!

...but then, where is he? I would have expected you two would be together here..?

[Hospital! Why had Uta been there? And how had he missed it? Of course, he'd been preoccupied with Ken returning. He shrugged, looking down softly.]

Do you think I could visit Ken later after the party..? I want to go to the hospital before heading home anyway.
