Do you know of any somewhat prominent politicians, or entrepreneurs/celebrities with the ability to become prominent politicians, who meet this criteria?

I can't think of any who are both positive and pro-liberty. There are a few who I vaguely think *might* be, like Sarah Palin and Bobby Jindal. But I don't know all that much about them, and my impression is mostly based on wishful thinking.
