(no subject)
First weekend was blown indulging my gaming needs that I've neglected for far too long, and pallie is now lvl 11. Ok, I had to cut early Sunday as my eyes were beginning to burn...
So, as opposed to my Horde tendencies, I'm liking being a tank. Yeah, everyone says 'Pallies aren't tanks,' but I've always played mine as one (my Naiwen in Dark Age of Camelot was a 2handed (also a no-no) tank with ghetto-rez). I'm also liking grouping more than I usually do. Don't ask me why, but I have anti-social tendencies online. One guy whispered for help on a quest and I was completely set on completing my own quests (which consisted of talking to an npc) and moving on to the next area. But then I ran into him (the guy) down the road and he about chased me down and asked for help again.. :P So I finally did group with him and it was actually fun (and a little more cost-effective in xp gain).
Been entertaining thoughts of PvP lately too, maybe due to the fact that Dark Iron is a... pvp server? Hmmm? But I think I have a bit to go still. Though the sight of an undead trying to (literally) sneak into Stormwind and getting immediately stomped by the guards was amusing...
Edit: Got an e-mail that the World of Warcraft binder that I ordered over the weekend has now been put into a FedEx truck and on its way to my hot little hands. Yeah... I've lost it.
